Unfortunately we're not able to help with bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute, then you can reach out to our terms of service team via the steps in the following article:

You'll get a response from them once they've finished their investigation. Depending on how busy it is, it might take a few days for them to do so, but hopefully you'll get a response before too long.
