@ashwinsarma1998 I'm afraid we don't really provide ETAs on when something will be fixed because we aren't the development team. If a CM says it will be fixed on XXX, and it is not then we get in trouble. This is why we don't provide an ETA to players when they ask this question.

If you see no folder, that means it's a bad install or it is installed in another location. if you have more than one drive installed, make sure it's being installed to the same drive as the EA app.

I have tried all the things you have mentioned but nothing has worked. I am not sure what to do now. @EA_Shepard 

@ashwinsarma1998 The next steps would be to try one of the following

• Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
• Try the Game in different Compatibility settings
• Try Safe Mode with Networking
• Try a new Windows Account

If its not showing you those files, it could be the Windows account or a permissions issues preventing it from working as intended.

Thank you that has finally fixed the problem. I created a new account on windows and it’s fixed now.
