I have been waiting for my Refund since one week, havent gotten any response from the "cases'. I wanted to try to contact through Chat in EA Help. it seems like there's no chatting with you guys now. its really frustating and terrible experience for me. PLEASE I NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... PLEASE EA I BEG YOU

2 years ago@bsdsignr When a refund is processed through the system, or by support and it goes past a week, you have to contact live support as they have a process for dealing with these specifically. The best way to get a chat is with the following:
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
