@mfclagboat I agree. There should be a better way to complain about the product than make posts on a forum. Everyone has problems with the game at the moment and most of them are basic things that shouldn't be a problem in the first place. Two updates we've had and the same problems are still there.
If I was working in customer service and someone was complaining about a product and said "do you understand football?", I would have responded in the same way. She wasn't being condescending, she was sarcastically replying to your condescending remark. Had you been a bit nicer about it then I'm sure you would have got a better reply. At the end of the day she is a customer service agent who probably has to speak to a lot of people in a day. All she could do was help you get a refund, which she was willing to do. If you bought it from PS Store then you should maybe speak to their customer services about a refund
I've never experienced an issue as bad as this in all the years Ive played computer games.The bare minimum you expect from a football game is 10 outfield players and a single goalkeeper. I googled how to get a refund on FC24 and this is where I ended up. I realised I had to go to the PS Store when I couldnt find the order number.
Is that the standard for Customer Service now then? A disgruntled customer who has every right to be aggrieved comes on and you deal with them with sarcasm? You should apply for a job with them you seem over qualified.
