Serves me right for buying a PS5 without a cd drive. At least I could have used the disk as an ash tray if the shop didnt take it back.

Listen, I feel for you and hope you get a good outcome on this, hopefully they will fix all of the issues people are having with it soon. I agree that using a public forum to try and get the game fixed isn't ideal. A lot of people have been complaining about the game on here since it was released nearly two weeks ago and the problems are still there, so clearly the forum hasn't worked so far for that.
I just didn't agree with you calling the customer service agent, who has nothing to do with game development condescending that's all. If you meant it in a different way to the way it looks then, how is anyone, including the customer service agent supposed to know that? Things look different on text than audio. I have had my fair share of dealings with customer service agents and getting angry at them doesn't help resolve your issue because most of them run off a script anyway and while they might sympathise with your situation, they can only tell you what they have been told to tell you. She was still quite happy to help you get your refund, although as it was the PS Store you purchased it from, she couldn't help with that. The agent isn't to blame here, she's just doing her job.
