Rude Customer Service / FC24 Unplayable

I brought FC24 which is broken and unplayable. I cant play one game of Seasons without half my team turning to goalkeepers whenever I switch the tactics during the game. Tried downloading the update ...

@Whizkidz You deserve abuse just because you happen to work for EA? What an absolutely disgraceful thing to say. I hope you don’t get abuse just because of where you happen to work.
