Stamina doesn't regenerate + Pausing at Half Time

So many flaws already. Firstly, I've bought players on Career Mode and these players have a fixed fitness of 38 energy level. Not matter how you configure training or don't play the player for "weeks", the energy doesn't generate. Secondly, on multiple occasions, the game just stops working at half time. It comes up with a little pause icon on the left-hand screen, and then you can't do anything. I've tried getting around the issue via SIM but that doesn't work. I can Sim to finish the game, however, if I advance or go the the press conference, the game just glitches. £65 for this game and I can barely play it....
