Swap code anyone

Anyone have a ps5 code that needs an Xbox code that wants to swap codes, only way I can see how to resolve this issue ? I need a pa5 code I received an Xbox

Do you know if I can get it exchanged or amended to be for the ps5? So it’s linked to my account but relevant for my console ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace codes that you might have received for the wrong platform. Beta codes are distributed based on the platform you recently played on. Neither our forum team nor customer service are able to provide you with a new code.
