I have been played fifa series at least 8 years. I have a clean record in this 8 year. This year,I bought the ultimate edition and I‘ve bought the game nearly 1 week already, and i played everyday on the webapp and ps5. I still don't get it why i pay more, play more, but i still got the temporary ban?

If you have access to the Transfer Market in-game but not through the web or companion apps, you'll need to continue playing and completing full Ultimate Team matches to fully unlock access.
I'm afraid we cannot manually grant access or specify an exact number of matches required.
