The number of failed transfer negotiations are ridiculously high and are often repeated on far too many occasions in some instances for some players. This wastes so much time and really adds to both the boredom and irritation factors that seems to have been packaged with this latest version of EAFC. Not even 2 months since release and Career Mode has yet to run smoothly even for just one season.

The game freezes occasionally at the conclusion of transfer negotiations. This then requires a complete restart.
I should add that the transfer rejections are after the clubs have agreed the deal. The fact that, as a player, you take the time to negotiate the deal successfully and it then gets rejected (repeatedly sometimes) is not an attractive feature of the game. This needs sorting out unless there is already a setting that can be changed to rectify this.
