Transfer Market Access on Web & Companion Apps

Absolute nonsense to continue answering with the same text templates and then ignoring the many threads and users who paid good money for the game.

Unfortunately that really does not help. I can understand the idea of denying access for new joiners to prevent accounts from being created just for the purpose of manipulating the market. My concern is that in the examples given, I should only need two active days to gain access. The only ways I can be considered as having more than one UT accounts on the same device are: 1) my FIFA 23 account from PC 2) the account that I was automatically and forcefully created when I got on the web app on the first day of release and that somehow they gave me a PC version when I have only purchased the PS5 version of EA FC 24 and would not allow me to switch it back to PS5 (which already meant that I lost the whole day of access to the web app). Simply put the whole experience is beyond terrible, as I am sure many would agree in the community.

I've been playing from morning to night for over a week and i still don't have access to all the game's features. It's probably an abused system to prevent bots from having access to the web app except that they prevent new players from enjoying the FULL game even though we paid to have a FULL game! It was not indicated at the time of my purchase that i was not going to have access to all the features of the game. I bought a game in September, this is not to have a complete game in October or November! I've never seen this in any other game. Never again in my life will I buy an EA game.

I got the same problem, bought the early access, been playing 9 days strait and still no acess to the market. I play on pc, I played fifa 23 and also i didn't break any rule. Yet no market unlock, I'm starting to wonder what is the purpose to buy early acess if even after the game came out on the 29 and not having the web app makert unlock. 

I haven’t seen anybody say they’ve earned access over the last week. Seems like everybody who didn’t get access from the start still doesn’t have access

I did more than 100 matchs and still dont have access i dont understand how can we pay 100€ and dont have all acces to the game ! Useless to try to contact support, nobody anwsering... It's a shame because the companion app allows you to detach yourself from your PC but without the market you can't do much

this game is fraud i played the game for so long and using the app for 3 days in a roll to get access, but still nothing. all the info for how to get access is not accurate.  EA just want you to spend money . not fair . never been more disappointed since 1998 cant wait to see new football game coming out so i can switch without any hesitation
