Ultimate edition Rewards

Hey everyone,

I live in Belgium and i would like to buy the ultimate edition of EA FC 24. 

My question is will I get all the benefits of the ultimate edition except the early access and FC-points and that the game will be playable for me. 

(I play on pc).
