Unusual gameplay

Hi all, anyone know why my players seem slower than my opponent and always have heavy touches and when making a challenge seem to somersault at times, also defenders seem to when making a challenge stand to the side of a opponent player allowing them to get shots off, this is on ultimate team, also btw not won in about 30/40 games? Not that I’m bad as in div 4, very strange indeed.
