However, answering me with a copy paste template wont help solving my inquire. I have already read that paragraph many times before and have waited patiently. If you investigate my account you'll see that I would fit in all those points, so I should have access to the transfer market on the web and companion apps by now.
So I would like to ask you once again, please check my account and please find out why it didnt happen by now.
