Where are my fifa points????

Stupid * * company. I bought $50 in fifa points, which normally takes half a second to appear in my account, and now they are not in my account and EA won’t help me for a full 24 hour period. In a game where community limit packs exist, it is * ridiculous that they give themselves a 24 hour grace period that * the player out of the packs he bought the points for in the first place. 

then, I get on customer service and am put in a queue that says “8 minutes”, yet I waited over an hour in the queue. Once someone finally spoke with me, they simply sent me articles I could’ve found on my own and told me they couldn’t help.
