Where is my XP and pack from the last promo

This is ridiculous where is my XP and 100K pack from the live promo i contacted chat they said they are looking into it and now the fc pro XP and packs are missing why make us watch this * and you make it as an objective but you dont roll out the rewards watched two and a half hours of your stream last night for nothing&nbsp;
