Why almost every player doesn't have ea id?

I want to report cheating/black market usage for some of the player that i played but almost all of them doesn't have ea account with their id on the game. Only option to report them is offensive club name but they don't have offensive club names. They are cheating like stamina cheating or decreasing my players attributes. WHY only reporting option is offensive club name? and WHY their EA ACCOUNT's are invisible?
