It is absolutely ridiculous that you can only link to one xbox account in your lifetime. I had an xbox 360 15 years ago and linked my account to EA for fifa, I then got a ps4 and now have a PC. I don't know my log ins for that xbox account anymore and want to link to ea for the games in gamepass and I'm being told I can't. EA do some stupid and alienating things but this one is on a new level!

That literally doesn't help at all. I refuse to believe there is any good or valid reason for this that benefits any gamers and is probably just to try and limit account sharing to squeeze every drop of money you can from customers. That link is next to useless. Why have an option to unlink an account if you can only link it to one account ever.

How long would you expect to wait for a response on this. I spoke on live chat to somone in the evening of 19th (4 days ago) and told I would be contacted within 24 hours to get the matter resolved. I got an automated email within 24 hours but my case just says in progress and nothing is happening?!

Hey @TAYLOR94Chri5 if it says that your case is in progress then we'd ask that you be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.

@EA_Darko Still no reply. I have found a confirmation email that my original microsoft account has been closed but still can't re-link my EA account. So it is forever tied to an account that someone else could actually now access, so this has now become a security concern and no one is doing anything.
