Why I can't join fc14 web app while I have played all the Fut since 2017?

Hi there! Im play Fifa ultimate team since 2017 but I took a break last year and didn't play Fifa 23. Now I'm trying to join FC24 web app but I can't due to an error that says I need to play fut on my account. Why don I have this problem?
