Why is Madrid playing with those players?

I just got signed by Real Madrid in the career mode on ea fc 24 but i dont understand why we are playing with those players in front (Latasa and Noel) when Vini and Rodrygo are in the team and they are not injured or anything, I guess is because they are st as natural position and Vini and Rodrygo are natural wingers?? can i do something to change that??
