Still no community manager or somebody from EA official stand out to deal with this huge mistake. What they do is autoreply to players' dispute and keep banning them. What a shame.

Same for me, say that i was flagged for selling/buying coins and that they reviewed it and the system was correct. I worry about this company since i'm clearly not the first nor the last loyal players who gets punished by a system that doesn't read the bug that EA creates, how did this so called perfect system not flag a sudden 1.4m rise on the Yaya Toure card in an hour (i know not close to his max price) and people from that got their coins back, the irony here is hilarious and they have lost the plot so heavily.
I have played Ultimate team since the beginning and i am a so called Fut Founder and for 15 years I have never bought coins, never will buy coins but will i come back for EA FC 25, i doubt it...do they care? hell no.
I got the same answer. EA's system is really bad. It was about completely different cards that the GK position.
What EA is doing is actually illegal and they are breaking the law.
They will also lose me as a customer in the next version. I have been a customer for 10 years.
This is how EA treats their loyal customers.
