10 player glitch on seasons

I’m having an issue on FC24 On seasons. Every time I kick off a player runs off the pitch and disappears. I then have to play the whole game with ten players. It happens every time. I’ve reinstalled the game but it’s still happening. Anyone fixed this themselves? EA support said they weren’t aware of it but I know others have the same issue.
