When playing "Rivals", I experience around 2 second lag after pressing the button on my controller. Game is running ok, but input lag is enormous. It's not happening in Squad Battles. I played 7 games of Rivals lately and this lag apperead in 4 of them.

Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help with this. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
Nice score. These incomplete matches are matches when EA servers where not working few days ago, except this last one, I really couldn't play it with that lag. Lag happened in two matches that were shows as "Poor", but also in matches that are shown as "Great" connection.
Community ManagerThanks for the screenshots. You've got a very high amount of packet loss. Which is why the score is so low. This is going to be either an issue with your home network or ISP. It would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Also, there are some troubleshooting steps here that may help.
@EA_Aljo Cool but look at this, connetion is "Great", packet loss is at ignorable 0.02%, ping is on 27 and I never had bigger lag, it was completely unplayable. Thankfully I still got the L for that :D
