20-40 fps capped ( drops from 110-120)

Community ManagerCheck in the NVIDIA control panel that the card is set to be used when playing FC 24.
You might also double check your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output.

Already tryed these, and it did not solve this. I even have a display port conected to a external monitor conmectec directly to gpu. Nothing worked
