87+ Base/TT/UCL/UWCL heroes player pick Sbc dissapeared

I am writing to bring to your attention two specific issues that have been identified within the EA Sports platform.

Firstly, there is an error related to the 87+ Base/Triple Threat/UCL & UWCL Heroes Player Pick (x3) SBC, where it has been observed that the system is incorrectly providing 86+ items instead of the specified rewards. Consequently, the SBC has been temporarily disabled while your team works on rectifying this issue.

Secondly, there is a similar concern with the 86+ TOTY Leagues SBC, where an issue has been identified, leading to the disabling of the SBC until a resolution is implemented.

In light of these errors, I would like to seek clarification on when users can anticipate a fix for these problems and when the affected SBCs will be re-enabled. Additionally, could you provide information regarding any compensation or remedial measures that will be taken to address the inconvenience caused to players who have been affected by these issues?

Today I did this "87+ Base/Triple Threat/UCL & UWCL Heroes Player Pick" via Web APP. My internet connection was lost during the election. I didn't choose anything. and the card selection screen still does not appear. what should I do

I completed 2 of the player picks and got an 86 rated player? Where do I go to report this bug/ have this fixed? I submitted the SBC’s to get what I wanted and not less than the 87…

Still yet to get compensation done the sbc 2 times and have recieved nothing after recieve 86 in the 87 sbc
