All players saying NOT FOUND and have no colour

Hi All,   all of my team and the opposition’s team and the transfer list has got no colour and above the players heads it’s saying NOT FOUND for more than 3 weeks.  I do not even have access to spe...

All of the players in my club have a grey background on their card and it says not found at the top of their card, and has been like this for around 3 weeks now. Does anyone else have this or know how to fix this?
