Hey all, can you share your visual settings with us, both in-game and console?

On your TV or monitor what settings are you using?

    Hi @EA_Darko ,

    my in-game setting attached. I'm on PC, all other settings/nvidia are default. My monitor does not support HDR so the issue has to be considered with HDR off.

    Consider the issue appeared with Update #3.

    @EA_Darko It has nothing to do with our settings. The grass even changes colour after a corner or after a goal is scored and the game becomes too dark. On some stadiums it becomes impossible to even see your players. It’s a bug with the game on both consoles and PC. It happens in every game so it’s not a rare thing like the invisible player bug which happened every now and then. This needs a fix as soon as possible and not with Title Update 4 in a month from now. It is affecting all players all the time.

    @EA_Darko This needs to be fixed asap. This bug occurs in all matches after Title Update 3.

      It has nothing to do with settings at all.

      On my PS5 there is anyways nothing to adjust.

        Hey all, we have passed this on to the team.

        We ask for your settings as not everyone is experiencing this, I myself was unable to recreate it so the more info we have the better our team can look into it.

    @EA_Darko Please for the love of god watch this 1 minute video from the game on PS5. The match starts and the brightness appears normal but when I press the options button and then I select "Resume Match" the brightness completely malfunctions. Then when the opponent team wins a corner, the game becomes excessively dark, making it nearly impossible to see the players. I recorded this video today following Title Update 4, and the match was at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, with partly clear weather, during winter, at 15:30. This issue is not isolated; it occurs in every match, and the brightness drops after a cutscene. PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU TO FIX THIS BUG!

        what is mind bogging to me is how come the hole fifa community is not beeing vocal about this... it seems that 99% of plp nowdays only play UT in that generic stadium at 12:00h or 21:00h so they arent affected too much by this bug.

        anyway we need a hotfix for this asap.

      You can't enter the career mode anymore 🙂 After the last update 1.000.006, this feature of the game is gone. My money is not halal for you, it is forbidden, Ea. Didn't fix the Brightness issue when playing Career. He removed the ceremony at the entrance of the game. Now he's ruined the career mode. Never trust ea. These are 15 year old baby software developers. They are a beyond disgraceful team.

    Please can you help me..im playing ea fc 24 ps5 on my new oled lg c2 tv...i notice one thing that i cant fix is when goal is scored and the ball return to centar my picture go brighter and when I push start buton picture go normal...its only with ea fc 24 problem and not with other games...my hdr and settings are corect but its this glitch most be solved

    @EA_Darko it happens when you trigger a cutscene (foul, goalkick, etc.). Daytime with shadows is the most visible scenario.
