Hey folks,
While I unfortunately don't have any updates to share on the issue itself at this time and that frustration is absolutely understandable, a number of you have commented on the thread being marked with a solution incorrectly so I did want to shed a bit more light there.
We do not currently have a separate way to "pin" a particular post or message in a thread, however marking a post as the solution will cause it to appear on the front page of the thread.
This helps us make sure everyone can see the post and does not have to hunt through a 100+ page thread to try and find whether or not an EA CM has posted about the issue, or whether we're even aware it's going on.
This does not mean we consider the issue resolved. Whenever we mark a post as a solution for visibility purposes rather than because there's an actual solution, we'll always be sure to very clearly state that in the post itself as has been done in this case.
That post is the one that will be updated once we have any news to share as well, which helps give everyone a single page/post to check rather than having to read through multiple pages to see if there has been a recent update.
@EA_MakoI dont get it. You say that you have no updates on this issue (also on the matchmaking filters not working in Seasons), we have been reading this for weeks, for months. There is no way to get some info from the dev team? If you give them feedback, they cant talk, they cant write, they cant do anything to let you know in what state it is?
I would imagine that a converastion like this via email, phone, whatsapp, messenger isnt something totally futuristic and impossible in the year 2024:
EA mod to the dev team: Hey guys, we have a lot of frustrated players who would like to know how it is going with the contrast and matchmking bug, can you tell us some news?
Dev team to EA mod: Hi there, we are working on it and it should be solved in another title update. / Hi there, we dont know where the problem is so it will take some time, maybe days, maybe weeks, but we are working on it. / Hi there, these issues are no priority for us and we are not working on them.
Really this isnt possible? Okay, we all probably know that the last possible answer is probably right, but still, I personally would like to know it for sure to sell the game and have at least some money back since the only game mode I play is not working. Now Im keeping the game though I cant play it just because some (probably false) hope, that it will be fixed.

Initial responses from an official rep yesterday are so out of touch to say the least
Radio silence for months then bang in with threatening behaviour, I mean seriously give your head a shake. At least the other guy had the sense to explain the supposed issue around the unmarking of solved (if it's true or not is another thing)
