Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to evolve “Timothe Cognat” in Evolutions mode
What happens when the bug occurs? It said I have a Evolved version of this player (I quick sale my Evo player 3 weeks ago) I can’t recover him
What should be happening instead? Should be able to Evolve my player instead
Dear EA Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding an issue I have encountered in the game FC24. A player is stuck in the "Retrieve Items" section, which is preventing me from opening packs or even retrieving players I have purchased. Here's how the problem arose:
I upgraded Thimothé Cognat, but was not satisfied with this version, so I put it up for quick sale in order to upgrade another Cognat card in the "radioactive Evo" section.
Later on, when I tried to upgrade the new card, the game informs me that I already have an upgraded version of Cognat, even though I had put it up for quick sale.
I attempted to retrieve Cognat from the quick sales 10 days after, but now he is stuck in "Retrieve Items", as the game regards this as a duplicate without being able to differentiate between the two upgraded versions.
This Evo is very important to me beacause I’d like to Evo all the players of my heartfelt team (Servette FC). I would greatly appreciate it if you could resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.
I am willing to provide any additional information that might help in resolving this issue.
