Alt Tabbing Issue

Since FIFA 23 I have been experiencing an issue where my game would randomly Alt Tab out and I would manually need to click back onto FIFA to continue playing, this would happen occasionally.

Sadly this issue has somehow carried over into EA FC24, specifically after the first patch typically. This time though it seems to happen very frequently to the point where I can’t even play the game. Is there any known fix for this? Thanks.
