Are we getting compensation for the SA technical issues?

We need to threaten legal action.We are not getting the product we are promised.We cannot even access the product at times.This list can go on forever.The non-compliance of EA surely is grounds for every South African to get a refund on the game and their FC Points? There is no way they can do this and get away with it. This is theft!&nbsp;Once this is resolved and we do not get a months worth of compensation then this is even worse.&nbsp;How can the best in the country go from 20-0 every week to 14-6 and you say there isn't a problem. Mxm. The disresepect EA shows to their customers. Disgraceful and Disgusting!

Hi&nbsp;@samjohpos&nbsp;I am in support of your argument and reasoning. &nbsp;I’m not on the SA servers, but am based in Singapore. &nbsp;Currently I haven’t been able to logon for a week and EA support just keep asking me to post on the forum here (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/EA-Servers-are-unavailable-right-now-error-for-past-24-hrs/td-p/13638716) and to look out for the issues on Twitter (yet there is no mention of any server issues)I see so many posts about SA servers and still see no comments from EA, that makes me feel like there is no chance for me in getting my issue resolved, never mind getting compensation!Do the community managers on this forum work for EA? &nbsp;Does anyone know why EA support keeps asking me to post my issue here for attention? &nbsp;I really enjoy playing FC24, but it’s an issue if I cannot login to play. &nbsp;I don’t even mind waiting for a fix, but EA doesn’t seem to provide any update on the issue which is what I find baffling.

@karlanshum I also don't mind if there is an issue. Its inconvenient.

However the lack of communication is the issue. If they tell us what happened and how long it will take then we will be happy. If it takes a month then tell us. We will understand.

I agree on your frustration that they haven't even helped you. It does seem like there is nobody working for them. I tried contacting people and no one seemed to care. It's abysmal customer service.

@samjohpos I will add a grounded reply here for this forum.

We have had these issues for over 3 weeks.
We have missed out on objectives, packs, evos, rewards.
We cannot play UT Champs (in my case going 10-10 to not being able to qualify is alarming)
We cannot complete evos (I have now got 4 incomplete evos due to not being able to win a single game on rivals all day due to the lag or constant disconnects)
I was about to get my first red reward since I last played FIFA 20 and now won't be able to because can't get the 35 wins even though I was on 24 before the issue occured.

As you can see these are a few of the affected areas in which we feel we have missed out on due to these errors.

We would like to be compensated in some sort of way for this because its unfair how people on other continents are getting a "complete" game and we are given the broken controller by our brothers.

Are we getting compensation? Yes or No?

People please add more context to some of these points.
