There was a bug, that if you score 3 own goals you can get the game marked as game played and you can you your objectives very eazy. Today I played like 30-35 games and I used that bug for 2-3 games. The 1st and 2nd times i used i wanted to test if this is a real bug, and after 3rd, I said "better not doing it cuz i can risk a ban" and after 2 hours guess what. Banned. I assume that this is the reason, but there is no explanation about my ban. I spoken with an agent and told me he doesnt know about the reason, but is a 7 days ban and sanction. BUT In last days I saw soo many players banned on PC for no reason. If I didnt get the ban from that bug, I can assume that this is the reason, an unlucky random ban. I already disputed the ban, Im waiting to get their email. Until then, I have to wait JUST to know the reason to get ban 🙂

You're lucky you got 7 days. I got a permanent ban on FC24 online play. Didn't get an email about it or anything, ban history just states ban FC24 and there is no reason stated. I played most of my games normally and most games people just scored 3 own goals and i got the win.

Happened to me aswell, saw a few of my friends do it so I figured I would give it a try, now here I am disputing my ban while nothing happened to them. 🥲

Yeah i also got banned for this,I don't know how this bank work,Never in my life i tried to do any glitch or any bug to exploit the game,I am fully aware of EA's terms and conditions.
I played many rival games today and all of a sudden when i login to Companion app,I was shocked by a message saying my account has been banned but why?Just for playing many rival games today where everyone were giving me free wins with that 3 own goal.I also did it while everyone else were doing it.But is it really violation of terms and conditions of thus game.If that was the case,what was EASFCDIRECT communication page on twitter was doing.I never took part in free messi in sbc player pick and neither on mbappe/dembele pick in champ rewards glitch. All i did was played rivals to earn xp.
EA should have warned us about the issue before putting a ban on random accounts of FC 24 players.Only some of us are being unlucky to pay the price.Weekend is ruined seeing ban message on a beautiful game like this.
I don't play any other games except this game.And at the final stage of FC24,This is not fair punishment for some loyal players.I hope EA team read this.

apparently its our fault people gave us wins and we were "farming coins" when we just tried to play rivals normally. This company needs to get a grip

But after playing so much hours throughout almost 1 year time, building our clubs,squad and everything.Do we really deserve this punishment from EA.I never took part in these types of glitch or bug in game.All i was doing today was waiting for content and was having fun trying to start weekend league and playing rival games.All these fun have been ruined after seeing that ban message.I didn't got any email from EA team too.Only saw a message in companion app stating my account has been disabled.

No we don't deserve that, but this company is shameless. I also haven't got any emails saying I was banned, I found out on the companion app as well

I hope they give back our account.I saw in twitter and discord that everyone else played grinding xp,It has not affected them.So i hope EA team fix this.

when you went onto companion app did it say you were permanently banned or did it say you were banned for a week?

it says permanently banned for everyone but in the email it says for how long. The thing is most of us didn't even get the email.
I talked to this guy on twitter, his companion says permanently banned but he got an email saying it's 7 days suspension.
