I play on this account for 7=8 years now, I've been a yearly customer even if the games were bad, and let's be honest in last years FIFA and now EA FC are worst than ever before, full of developer mistakes and glitches, lags and stuff like that, I still buy it and play. For 7 years I've never broke rules and on my first mistake, I get permanently ban, not a warning, a suspension, or chat mute something normal like other games do and it's more fair to the player that has been a customer for years. During that time I encountered cheaters, flamers and toxic people and I've reported many of them and all I received was messages with " we didn't take action at this time..." how is this fair ?. Also I've made many tickets with real problems and giving details and photos in my emails to the customer service to receive only ai generated responses, feels like they don't even read them, and of course the problems weren't solved. Again I know I've done wrong, but the punishment it's way too harsh on my first strike, first mistake in 7 years guys. All I got in response after making a case for myself and giving information was 1 sentence from support that has not even relevance to what I've wrote .
