Banned from transfer market for breaking rules when I didnt do anything!

I got banned and I tried to get to EA 3 times and was rejected and accused of something  I didn't do I even wrote this!

It's unfair putting hours into the game and getting transfer banned for not doing anything and just buying and selling players legit. 

they sent me this:

We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.

  • I'm almost there with you. I've spent thousands of dollars (real) and have built up a nice selection... But NO MORE! IF EA was worried about coins being trade via a third party, why not just have an option to buy coins directly from them? But no.... You have to BUY tradable packs and place the players on the market and then you get banned if you're an aggressive trader? For F's sake .. they have a stadium award for market trading 🤣🤣🤣

    Been nearly two weeks since I was banned from the transfer market for no reason and still continue to be banned. I just want to sell my golazo drogba and delete the game can someone from EA just help a person out ffs I can’t handle this game anymore it took me so long just to get to one million coins now I can’t use any of it because ea banned me for NOTHING I DID NOTHING! Please can someone just unban me so I can sell my drogba and get rid of this game forever this has been my last straw will never give this company money again I really hope there’s a good competitor for EA one day.

  • I do nothing except bid some golden players for lower price, but I mean everyone can bid ,it is at least one hour time, everyone can bid this card at the period of time, it is one hour, it is not buy now price. By the way only less than 100k coins, crazy. I want to know why banning my account for no reason and leaving so many bugs unsolved

    It's crazy and alarming how many of us EA has done this too. I refunded this game and you all should request a refund, and not stand for this, hit them where it hurts, their pocket.

    The mere fact that a billion dollar company does not have a customer service you can call and must instead email a bot says everything that needs to be said.

    @lutianqiwangkangYes, on Playstation, called customer service and argued that the game was faulty, crashing menus etcs which is true. If playing on PC they have a satisfaction guarantee and can refund if purchased for PC and unsattisfied. No experience for xbox, so unsure the route you need to take. If at first you are denied the refund give it a day or two and call again, odds are one of the reps you get will eventually grant the refund.

    I'm going through the same thing as you, Dear EA FC 24 players. I was banned from the transfer market only because I bought Bundesliga players for 230k coins for my squad. I wanted to complete the tasks from season 6 to get about 2000 exp. Then I sold these players at a normal price within the range to recover at least some of the coins. I wrote to support twice to unblock my access to the transfer market because I didn't do anything wrong, like all of us here. This stupid game and this * up support just lost another player. And the best thing is that I returned to the game after a half-year break especially for TOTS and I was punished for returning. Let EA kiss its * and wish these idiots 2K bankruptcy.
