Blue screen on Launch after Title Update

Just updated the game on PC through Steam, and every time it crashes my PC and I get blue screen with the error shown in the picture. Confirmed other users seems to have the same issue

Hey everyone,

If you're still experiencing this issue, please follow the steps shared by @Olufeloswagg:

Go to Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation details > Turn Memory Integrity On

If it's already on, turn it off and on again and restart your PC.

Hey Tempax.
I'm able to start the game, choose my profile, and it flashes an entire rainbow at me before getting to a darkened, hazy version of the main screen with the soccer ball on the pitch.
The problem here, though, is that whenever I hit the button to choose a menu option, it just makes the screen go into that kaleidoscope of colors again and not doing anything other than sitting there.
It's unplayable in this state.
