Blue screen on Launch after Title Update

This only occurs for eafc24 and does not happen for any other game, I have updated my drivers, updated windows, used the repair feature in the ea app, verified the integrity of all my files, verified that none of my files were corrupted and even tried deleting and reinstalling eafc24. I have tried turning my computer off multiple times but nothing seems to be working. I just made this pc brand new so there should be no problems with the hardware. I have double checked all cable connections and everything is securely plugged into the correct slot. I don't know what else I can do to get my game to not crash on boot-up. The game was running just fine on Monday, but started not opening after the lastest update on April 23rd

Come on EA , i had to reset my pc and lost all my files , believing it was something wrong on my pc after trying every freaking SOLUTION !!!!!!!!!

You may not have it. According to windows if you don't have a specific part on your mobo, you don't get this option.

• I've been playing without problems since the game came out, but today I get a blue screen error when I open the game. My computer is restarting itself. I haven't made any updates since yesterday, but I can't log in to the game today and I'm getting a blue screen error. Why am I having problems on fc 24 when I can play other games without problems? just for this reason, I reset my computer, reinstalled the game, made video card updates, but still when I open the game, my computer gives a blue screen error and shuts down. There are rival's rewards tomorrow, and I couldn't complete my upgrades because of this error. I've been tired of being a victim constantly since the day I bought this game. bad package luck, mistakes made in the store, it was a game that I could not get the value of the 1000 hours I spent in any way. I also have this problem after the update and I was playing just fine without any performance issues before with my ASUS laptop, hope they fix it soon and give us some type of sorry gift.
