Hey @xupa7,

It sounds like you must've linked your Steam to an old EA account that you've forgotten about. If you're able to log into it, you should be able to unlink your Steam account via the following link so you an link it to another EA account, if you'd like.

i have the same problem but i cant get access to that email what i am suppose to do not play the game i bought?
