Bought the 5k Guaranteed Birthday Icon Pack, only got WW icon. No Birthday Icon

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ensure the right player is issued. Pack said guaranteed birthday icon, I did not get one at all. I got WW Sanchez and WW Hierro. There was nothing at the end of the pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? Incorrect card issued
What should be happening instead? No Birthday Icon
Last night I spent 5000 FCpoints on the pack which included the guaranteed Birthday Icon player. Surprised, I did not get a Birthday Icon player. I've checked my club and there are no new icons from this Birthday lineup in my club. In the pack, I did receive Winter Wildcard Sanchez and Hierro. But no Birthday Icon.
At this moment in time, I am annoyed as I spent those points hoping to get a birthday icon, but I got nothing. If it was only 1000 FC points I'd be ok, but 5000! What can be done about this? Refund the pack? Send me the same pack to open again?
