[BUG][PC] voice chat can not be turned off

Hello everyone,

I am trying to turn off my microphone in-game, but for some reason the game doesn't apply that configuration in it

I have done the following:

- turned it off in-game settings

- in `documents\fc24\fcsetup.ini` I have but the following values for voice chat (0, -1, 2)

none of the above worked at all

I am using windows 11

    I'm running into this same issue with clubs. When I go into drop in matches the game turns on my mic, even if I have game chat disabled in the settings. Did you happen to find a fix for this?

    fix this broken nonsense. its like these people dont know at all what they are doing.
