Buttons triggered despite not being pressed

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know, I have searched online and nobody seems to have this issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? My LB button on my controller is completely fine, has been checked against a controller tester and other games. During matches of EAFC 24 on any game mode the LB is constantly triggered in game. I can't dribble or shoot normally.This only happens when attacking and when defending does not switch my players. I do not know how to fix , I have deleted saved data, reinstalled game, reset my xbox and nothing works. I am literally unable to play the game.
What should be happening instead? In game it should not be triggered.
