Can’t move in eafc 24 clubs mode

• Summary of the Issue: Everything works just fine, every game mode works, but when I join pro clubs, the controller works but my player won’t move, or tackle, or do anything, it just stands still.
• Steps we need to take to reproduce this in the game: I simply join into a match, then I can’t move my player.

issue: I cannot load into games in ultimate because it doesn’t let me select my kit also when I load into clubs I am unable to move my club’s character

Summary: when unload into clubs I can’t move my player and have to restart my console. Now I can’t even load into FUT rivals to select a kit to play it won’t even let me into the game to play now and I’ve tried restarting my Xbox won’t work and uninstalled the game now 3 times and reinstalled and still no fix.

Steps: fix it this is ridiculous paid way to much money for a game I can’t even play

I had the problem where I couldn't move my character at all but the menus I could use all the UI. 

FIX: Plug a wire into the controller. 

I have figured it out! 

If you’re using a wireless headset turn your controller and headset off. TURN ON THE CONTROLLER FIRST. 

for some reason my headset says it’s a controller and I was essentially playing as a P2 controller. That’s why I could navigate the screen but not move the player in game.

This game doesn't work it don't let me play it doesn't even let me move my character I don't have any bad names on my pro clubs character or nothing I don't know why it keeps happing even if I rest my Xbox it still don't work can talk fix this game please

Anytime I load into any game mode I can’t move my player at all I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and has not worked I haven’t been able to play the game for months because of this. Ive tried multiple controllers and nothing works.

Load into the game and it won’t let you move at all.

No error message I just rack up losses because I can’t move so I get kicked because of inactivity.
