Can’t Purchase FC25 at 70% Discount from FC24 Menu on PS5

I’m having trouble purchasing FC25 at the 70% discount through the in-game menu in FC24 on PS5. When I click the purchase button, the menu just refreshes and nothing happens.

I’ve already tried:

• Restarting the game and my PS5.
• Clearing the cache and making sure the game is updated.
• Accessing the offer from different modes (e.g., Ultimate Team, Career).
• Checking the PlayStation Store, but the offer isn’t there either.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it or claim the discount?
