Can i move my sons eafc24 account from.switch to his new xbox series s.

My.son currently plays eafc24 on his switch but is getting an xbox series s for his birthday. We have purchased eafc24 for the xbox. How do we transfer his ultimate team without losing it? Do we just...

    I'm very sorry to say, content and progress cannot be transferred between platform accounts. He would need to start over on the Xbox account.

      I definitely understand the frustration with that. Unfortunately, this is still quite common. Hopefully, we'll see this change in the coming years.
