Cannot access transfer market through mobile app and web app.

The red circle above the transfer targets says I have 51 items in there. Obviously some sort of glitch as the limit is 50 items. When I try to open the transfer targets I get a message saying that the transfer market is not available at the moment.
This means that I cannot release these items, and also I am unable to buy any items as my transfer targets list is full.
Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.
Same transfer targets full unable to clear just crashes. Cant bid or buy
I can't open my target transfer list
I was buy common gold player until it reached to maximum
then if I open target transfer list it's throw me back to main menu
I can't see the player or get them,
this happened to me since 3 hours

What happens when the bug occurs? whenever I open the transfer targets - it says can't connect to the ultimate team when i open from the companion or web app ,the transfer tab doesnt work and it shows - connection lost
