Cannot move up or lower in some screens
i cannot move up or lower in some screens in ea fc 24 with controller or wihout, its impossible to play like this. can anyone help me please?

Are you on pc by any chance? Because I have the same problem but find that I can navigate the menus fine if I use my mouse, even the ones I can't go up or down on with controller.
- @Fonziesixsix yes i play on my PC, and yes i can use my mouse to move in the menus.
i hope they fix this problem.
