Hi @N1c0B3llic,

we're sorry you're experiencing issues starting a new match in the UT Champions Playoffs. Please follow the steps below and let us know if you've been able to fix the issue:

Go to your Squad, delete the current squad, and create a new one. You can use the same players, but it's important you start the new game with the new team.

From the FC 24 Main Menu, go to Settings>Profile>Delete and remove the file UT Squads Update. Go back to Ultimate Team and start a new game.

If those steps don't help, you can start a new game in Division Rivals, and please let us know if you can play that mode with no issues.

What is your time zone? IST - GMT + 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? It just shows your opponent left the game and takes me back to squad selection
What should be happening instead? It should take me to the game

So basically whenever I try to play division rivals it allows me to find a match but during kit selection after around 20 seconds it shows that your opponent has left the match and it doesn't allow me to play games or sometimes after kit selection during the loading screen it shows that your opponent has left the match. I am unable to play games on fc 24 plz help me

I'm also having this exact same problem. I bought fc 24 yesterday afternoon. I played one game of divison rivals. Since then I've not been able to load a game inspite of countless efforts.
I'm in the same time zone as you.
It just says opponent leaves the match after 20 seconds in rivals kit selection and takes me back to squad.
Please do let me know if you found a solution

I have been having the same issue for a long time now. This is very infuriating, This feels like an old gen specific issue & is being done on purpose.
