Can't access online for FIfa

Hi,

There is an issue with my online status saying thay I can not access the server and that it is down. I have tried all the troubleshooting but this has failed. My online play subscription is up to date so I am looking to speak to someone to see if they can resolve the issue.

    Hello. Please make sure you power cycle with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router
    2. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
    3. Plug in your modem/router and restart your PS4

    Same issue- its been more than 7 days since last time I could connect. I get You have lost your online connection.....

    I have tried: 

    Restart ps4, delete and reinstall FC24, restore db, restore license, restart modem/router. Unlink and relink PS account, reset ea password.

    Hello. As you mention, this is most likely related to your account. That's not something we can help with over the forums. You'll need to open a case with an advisor by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. You may want to reach out to Sony support as well. I haven't been able to find any information on those error codes. They should be able to tell you what those mean.

    I am getting repeated PS5 system errors when connecting to EA servers, mainly CE-118547-6, but also CE-118571-3 and CE-118552-2.

    This issue started immediately after I changed my EA account password and removed my PS5 from trusted devices.

    I have already reinstalled the game, restored licenses, reset my console and network, and tested multiple EA games.

    None of them can connect.

    My EA account is still linked to my PSN, but authentication fails every time.

    These errors clearly indicate an EA–PSN authentication / trusted device token issue.

    Please escalate my case to Tier 2 or a supervisor and request a manual reset of EA–PSN authentication tokens and trusted device security flags on my account.

    This cannot be fixed from the user side. Its about fc26

    Hello,

    How can we earn XP for the FUT Season Pass?

    There are no longer any objectives that award XP, and it would require around 22 weeks of finishing first in Rivals and Squad Battles to unlock the End of the Line trophy. Would it be possible to add another way to earn XP, and to pass this feedback urgently on to the FC24 development team?

    In its current state, this trophy seems nearly impossible to obtain, even though there are still about 200 days left in the season.
