issue with logging in when two step verification is turned on
when i login to ea sports fc 24 Xbox one / Xbox series x/s with two step verification turned on i am unable to connect to the ea servers because the login verification screen does not show up however when i turn off two step verification i can login to the servers just fine I obviously want to play the game with two step verification turns on for added security. i think this login issue happened when i removed my Xbox from the trusted devices list on my ea account settings page so that might be the cause for this issue i have forwarded this issue to ea support so hopefully this issue will be fixed as soon as possible.
Does not enter FC 2024.
Hi guys, everyone! My name is Andrey, I am from Russia. Im having problems with FC 2024. I played in the fall and everything was fine, but now I cant even log in to the game. When I log in, a standard download window appears in front of me, and after 5 minutes an error occurs. (Your computer is offline. An internet connection is required to activate the game on this computer using an EA account.) Ive tried logging into the game from different Wi-Fi, from a mobile hotspot, but it's the same problem everywhere. They didnt help me with support, I just hope that one of you had such a problem and you were able to solve it. I will be very grateful for your help, friends!
Issue with Nintendo Pro Controller on FC24
When i try to play FC24 with a Nintendo Pro Controller the controller is considered by the game as the keyboard so the right joystick stand por the mouse. But when I try to laucnh a game the controller player appaers but i can't change is team and my controller is moving the keyboard player. I already tried to launch the game on Steam and remap my controller especially for the joystic so they don't emulate a mouse. I also tried to disable the steam controller support but nothing is working. Do you have any other ideas I can try ?
can't open the game
Every time I try to start up the game it says preparing game and then shows this error we've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the internet. But I am connected to the internet and everything else works perfectly good. Hi everyone, I’ve recently encountered a frustrating issue with FC 24 on my Xbox Series S that I hope someone can help with. Up until yesterday, I was able to play FC 24 online without any problems. However, since then, every time I try to connect to the EA servers, I get the following error message: “You lost your online connection. Check your home network.” What’s strange is that my home network is working perfectly. I’ve tested other online games on the same console, and they all connect and run without any issues. Even more confusing, I installed the Xbox One version of FC 24 on the same console, and it connects online without any problems. So the issue seems to affect only the Series S/X version of the game. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting like restarting the console, checking for updates, and resetting my router — nothing has worked so far. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas or fixes would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Screen error in the game
Today I was logging into FC24 as usual and out of nowhere it stopped loading, I didn't update drivers or anything. And after choosing the progress, the game starts flashing with different colors but the background noise is heard. What can it be? I uninstalled it and nothing and I put it to verify files from the same steam and nothing. Clarifying that it is the only game where this happens, others load normally.
