Continuous Scrolling Error With Controller On PC
I'm using the EvoFox ElitePlay wireless controller on Windows 11 with EA FC 24. Whenever I connect the controller, the game experiences infinite scrolling. To rule out hardware issues, I tested the controller with other games like GTA, where it worked flawlessly—so the problem appears to be specific to EA FC 24. I’ve already tried several potential fixes: Moving the cursor to the edges of the screen (a workaround some users suggested)—did not work. Adding the game to Steam (even though it was purchased through Epic Games)—but EA AntiCheat restarts the game, severing Steam’s controller support. Testing the controller with Steam’s built-in controller tester—all inputs registered correctly, so the controller itself is functioning properly. Note: The video I’ve attached is slightly outdated, but even after switching to windowed mode and trying the “cursor-in-window” fix, the issue still persists. I was in a match of FUT Draft and had plenty of the game to win it. I was told the game would be under review but of course, because i was losing i was given the loss. It wasn't a connectivity issue my end as i was not disconnected from EA servers. Hi, I'm trying to play EA FC24 online on Xbox Cloud Gaming but I always get the following error: You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more. Some things that I already tried to fix the problem: - Tested on my desktop PC using Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Tried using Wi-Fi connection and ethernet cable on my home network, and tried to use my mobile phone network. None of them worked. - Tried on my work laptop using Chrome and my home network via Wi-Fi connection, and using my mobile phone network. None of them worked either. - Tried using my own laptop using Chrome and my girlfriend's house connection via Wi-Fi connection, and it worked, so I brought my own laptop back home and tried to play on my home network, worked for some matches and then after closing the game, I tried to play again after some hours, and got the same error now. - Tried on my mobile phone (Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro on Android 13) using my home network and the carrier network, both of them worked flawless. I get following error when playing FC 24 on XCloud 'Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection'. I cannot change any network settings because I don't have access to it and it uses the network of the servers of Xbox which could not be the problem because other XCloud users can play online.
