[PS4] FC 24 - Unable to connect to EA Servers (2FA issue)
As the title suggests, if my EA Account has 2FA enabled, I'm unable to connect to the EA Servers on FC 24 (PS4 Edition). I have recently formated my console (to eliminate corrupted files/local cache), I've renewed the linkeage between my EA Account and my PSN Account, even gone as far as renewing the 2FA token. Nothing works out. The only (temporary) fix is to disable 2FA, which I won't do to not make my account vulnerable. I don't have other EA titles on PS4 to test it out, but on PC (Steam) I'm able to connect without any issues because upon launching an EA Game, the app pops up a request to trust the device. Has anyone else ever had this issue? How did you solve it? I found support unhelpful because the related topics don't mention this specific issue and, AFAIK, there is no option to open a support ticket.40Views0likes0CommentsUnable to connect to the servers
Hi! I can't connect to the EA FC servers (both 24 and 25) on my Xbox One device. Last week it was perfectly fine, but know the issue appeared. I tried the following things: Delete both local and cloud personal files Check the whole home network (other games works perfectly fine on my Xbox) Change DNS and port settings Reinstall the game Change Wifi and Cable connection Change to Cellular network Hard restarted my Xbox Check the link between my Xbox and EA account Also I contacted with the support, but we can't find a solution with that (Case #239665517). I have not been able to play any EA FC games for almost two weeks. Keeps showing this message 'You have lost your online connection. Check your home Network. Hi! I haven't been able to play FC 24 on my Xbox One for the last two days. I get the error message saying that I lost the connection to the Internet and I am not able to connect to the FC24 servers. I have tried everything recommended on the forums, including rebooting the modem and restarting the Xbox, but nothing works. Other profiles work correctly on the same console, which leads me to believe there's something wrong with my profile. Thanks in advance for any help you may provide. Hey, Well my account got hacked; I'm trying to log back in using the 2FA that's linked to my phone number and conveniently enough it is not sending the code back to my number. Would be nice if EA could fix this issue. Would also like to get an update sent to: mailto:[edit: email address removed] since the hacker's gone and changed the email to my EA account.
