PLEASE EA SUPPORT TEAM RESPOND
whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.

I'm only in division 10 and I'm struggling to find people, I asked my friend to play who is in division 10 as well, we found each other once perfectly fine and ever since we can't find each other, why? I think the matchmaking is too strict. In fifa 23 we had no issues with this, I worked out as long as your within 6 checkpoints then you will always find each other, please help.Continuous Scrolling Error With Controller On PC
I'm using the EvoFox ElitePlay wireless controller on Windows 11 with EA FC 24. Whenever I connect the controller, the game experiences infinite scrolling. To rule out hardware issues, I tested the controller with other games like GTA, where it worked flawlessly—so the problem appears to be specific to EA FC 24. I’ve already tried several potential fixes: Moving the cursor to the edges of the screen (a workaround some users suggested)—did not work. Adding the game to Steam (even though it was purchased through Epic Games)—but EA AntiCheat restarts the game, severing Steam’s controller support. Testing the controller with Steam’s built-in controller tester—all inputs registered correctly, so the controller itself is functioning properly. Note: The video I’ve attached is slightly outdated, but even after switching to windowed mode and trying the “cursor-in-window” fix, the issue still persists. I’d really appreciate a proper fix as soon as possible.Completley frozen out of a game
I was in a match of FUT Draft and had plenty of the game to win it. I was told the game would be under review but of course, because i was losing i was given the loss. It wasn't a connectivity issue my end as i was not disconnected from EA servers. Hi, I'm trying to play EA FC24 online on Xbox Cloud Gaming but I always get the following error: You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more. Some things that I already tried to fix the problem: - Tested on my desktop PC using Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Tried using Wi-Fi connection and ethernet cable on my home network, and tried to use my mobile phone network. None of them worked. - Tried on my work laptop using Chrome and my home network via Wi-Fi connection, and using my mobile phone network. None of them worked either. - Tried using my own laptop using Chrome and my girlfriend's house connection via Wi-Fi connection, and it worked, so I brought my own laptop back home and tried to play on my home network, worked for some matches and then after closing the game, I tried to play again after some hours, and got the same error now. - Tried on my mobile phone (Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro on Android 13) using my home network and the carrier network, both of them worked flawless. In addition, I used Better xCloud on every Chrome test.
XCloud: Unable to connect to the EA servers.
I get following error when playing FC 24 on XCloud 'Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection'. I cannot change any network settings because I don't have access to it and it uses the network of the servers of Xbox which could not be the problem because other XCloud users can play online. I tried both versions of the game, Xbox One and Series S/X. Can someone help. I am not banned if I need to believe the website.Lost online connection
Hello, I’ve been trying to play online but keep getting a message that say lost connection. I play it on a Nintendo switch. I have checked and reset my router, I can play other games online with no problems and I have verified my Nintendo online membership is up working. I have also cleared my cache. I don’t know what else to do please help!!
