Can't connect to EA server/ Not able to connect to the EA servers

UPDATE: My FUT is working for the first time in over 3 days. Played a game and didnt disconnect. Not sure if this means it's working or a fluke etc. Give ur FUT a go again.

Can confirm mine is also back up

@EA_Groguet @MightyMys  GOOD NEWS GUYS IVE MANAGED TO FIX IT (I THINK)

I basically called my IPS again today and explained the issue stating that I couldn’t access EA servers and told him the specific game.

He asked if I’ve tried all the normal stuff ie reset modem, changed DNS settings ect and I said yes. He then asked me to hold the line while he tried something out his end and made a change to something. When he came back he asked me to check if it was working but I was at work so couldn’t.

I am now home and it’s working finally! If it stops then I’ll keep you all updated but menus are fast and can continuously get straight in.

Im in Sydney and with Southern Phone Company but if you have this issue and are elsewhere with a different IPS then I still urge you to do the same. For those with same IPS as me then they’re open til 8pm so call them fast haha.

If anyone has any questions just quick reply to me and I’ll get back to you

FIx the PC Stutter issue you losers. Incompetent Morons.

A multi million franchise, and EA FC 24 has been poorly optimised, YET AGAIN for PC players and yet it advertises it being so much better.

Countless complaints here of people with the most insane amazing laptop/PC setups and the game still stutters.

It has been stuttering for me non stop no matter which fix I try that is all over this forum or reddit.

The question is - Why the F should we as consumers have to go through vigorous processes to make your game work? Are we IT engineers, are we tech support? 
Some people are young kids who wanna play the game and you expect them to edit ini files, change core nvidia settings and stuff only to make your game work ? WHICH IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.

The blind ear being turned to many of us is illegal. You are selling a product that does not function globally for 1000s of users and you have the audacity to put out no communication what so ever?
What kind of inbreds does this company employee? What are you pathetic money grabbing customer looting policies?

How is this even legally acceptable?

Fix the damn game you shameless incompetent fools. Fix it or GIVE A REFUND (something which is not being provided either)

im having this issue since 2 days now...i live in Africa and all other games work fine for me except fifa where it tells me connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment...do i call my isp?
