Can't get into store because of low resolution

Hi, I have trouble with my resolution because I have older monitor and it can't show bigger resolution than 1366x768 because after switching to bigger resolutions my screen look awful. U can't even ...

Hey all,

If you are having trouble with access to the Store due to the resolution error, please try to change resolution settings and then restart your PC.

Ensure that your graphics drivers and system are up-to-date.

If that won't work, delete the existing Settings file from \Documents\FC 24\settings folder on your PC and change the resolution again.

Check also if your Documents folder is saved on your hard drive or any of the file storage and synchronization services like One Drive.

If the problem continues please send us the following information:

U guys plan on fixing this in some patch? or just gonna make us change our resolution everytime we have to open a single pack?

Hi ive tried what you have said within your reply on the thread and im still unable to access the FUT store
Is there anything else to help me access the store, im currently using the 10 hour trail until the 29th when my copy activates.
Im hoping i can access the store by then.

are you planning on fixing this soon? it's extremely frustrating and annoying to keep changing resolution everytime you want to enter store.

Summary of Issue: Can't enter fut store cause it says not supported on a lower resolution. (please don't suggest changing the resolution to 1080p as i'm not accepting that as a solution. I have a older monitor and can't change the resolution.
When exactly you receive the error : trying to access the store in ultimate team.
Your current desktop resolution: 1366x768
Steps you already tried: While the store is accessible with 1080p resolution I don't prefer playing on it as I have a older monitor. the display looks really weird when you try and change it to 1080p

please look into this asap.

I just followed your introductions and because i couldnt get into the store (ultimate team) so I deleted “settings file” from computer and but i still can open store properly ( it opens only like 1 out of 10 times when i try) I have tried all resolutions and right now im playing 1920:1080.
What should i do to resolve this problem?????!!!
